How will I know that my referral was successful?

If your referred friend starts taking payments through Worldpay, we will send you a notification with a link to redeem the reward. This will be emailed to the address your friend provided to Worldpay typically within 30 days of a successful referral.

A reward email will be sent to them when your friend starts taking card payments with Worldpay.

Where can I spend my e-gift voucher?

When you receive the notification to redeem the reward, the link in the email will take you to a page displaying a selection of retailers, such as Amazon, John Lewis, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s. You can choose the retailer and get the e-gift voucher.

How long is the reward link valid for?

The redeem link is valid for 30 days. We recommend you select the retailer and select the e-gift voucher as soon as you receive the notification email.

Can I split £100 into e-gift vouchers with different retailers?

The £100 e-gift voucher needs to be redeemed with one retailer.

How do I use my e-gift voucher?

A

Once you choose the retailer to redeem the reward, there are instructions on the page on how to use the e-gift voucher.

Why hasn’t my reward arrived?

A

There are a few scenarios where the reward might be delayed:

  • The application of your friend’s company is not successful.
  • Your friend has signed the contract with Worldpay but not yet started transacting.
  • Your friend might have input the wrong email address of the referrer when they applied.
